Surface Primer is a premium emulsion polymer that cures as a strong flexible pre-installation bonding primer for self leveling underlayments and all glue-down luxury vinyl tile and vinyl plank products. Use as a bonding primer before thin-setting or glueing products like ceramic tile, porcelain tile, quarry tile and natural stone to difficult surfaces (see approved surfaces).
